The New Year’s Eve ball is the kick-off to the Viennese ball season. In imperial atmosphere, the Hofburg (Imperial Palace) – guests can expect a thrilling opening ceremony, culinary delicacies and an entertainment program with first-class artists of the Austrian and international cultural scene, numerous renowned orchestras and bands. Majestic Imperator Train De Luxe
“Roll” into the New Year on the luxurious Majestic Imperator Train. A 5-course gala menu is served in imperial atmosphere. Just in time for midnight, the train stops at the Danube bridge, from where guests can experience the magnificent fireworks in front of the skyline of Vienna. A must-see is the so-called “Klassikmeile am Graben”, where Viennese dance schools offer waltz dance classes and the city centre is transformed into an open-air ballroom.
